There are 10 employees of which attend to Operations, Debtors, Creditors, Human Resources and Warehousing. Drivers and support staff make up 28 employees bringing us to a total of 38 employees. The members have been able to determine what resources the business requires and their planning have been excellent. We have also been able to co-ordinate servicing methods and negotiations to ensure they receive results at the lowest possible cost. Both members have been able to motivate each other through a process monitoring to ensure that all tasks have been carried out. Lastly there is excellent business and financial control. Success has been achieved through prioritising, positive thinking, and the ability to resolve matters, delegation and prompt decision making with all available resources at their disposal. The foundation of our partnership is firmly based on its philosophy of constantly adjusting and refining its services to suit the needs of a changing business environment. Our fleet consists of 8 Tonner, 12 Tonner, Tri-axle, Tautliner and Superlink Flatbeds. All vehicles are from reliable trusted manufacturers, namely Volvo, Isuzu and Scania. |

He has been in the industry since his arrival from Mauritius in 1996. He initially worked for the PLM Group as their transport manager until their demise three years later. Ananda with only his Matric qualification from Cambridge School of London, took the initiative and ventured out to establish himself in the industry. In 2002 he commenced formal trading with his partner. Ananda’s functions include maintaining the operational structure and attending to the admin and finance side. He is a passionate person and is possessed with business and financial acumen |
Leeresh Haripasath

Leeresh has worked for PLM group on the technical and mechanical side. He attends to the management and mechanical side of the business with the emphasis on marketing strategies. He is also well connected in the industry and has added value to the success of the operation. He has a matric qualification, but his positive attitude and thirst for success has stood him well. He has drive, commitment and a desire to succeed as his livelihood hinges on it. |
